Booking your session is super easy and you have several options:

Pay your retainer fee and book online
You will receive a phone call once you have booked your session, if you booked online. This will be to secure your date and time on the studio calendar.
You will receive an email confirmation of your Session Details along with a Welcome Packet that is full of helpful information in preparing for your session.
You will also receive an online questionnaire that will help us get to know you, your style and your family a little better. This helps us in designing your session.
We will visit on the phone or in person to go over any questions, product options, suggestions and/or concerns that you may have.
You will need to complete your all inclusive session fee payment by your session date. (this will be emailed to you prior to your session) This includes your session, use of our studio props & sets, editing of your gallery, 20 high resolution digital images, a print release, a smart phone app with your 20 selected images, and your two week online private gallery.
The day of the session?
We ask that you arrive 5 - 10 minutes early prior to your session time, so that we can get started on time.
Make sure your session package is paid for or plan on making payment at your session. This is for your initial package and does include your online private gallery hosting, editing of your session, and 20 high resolution digital images and a print release, & a photo app.
You will have the opportunity to view and feel products that we offer at the studio that will be keepsakes for years to come. We offer a large variety of high end products and can help you in designing the right images for your home.
You will receive a printed product guide that you can write in, keep and use when you are looking at your gallery online.
What happens after the session?
After your session you will receive you will receive a private online gallery (about 7-10 days) following your portrait session. You will select your images for your package and/or purchase any additional prints and products that you want. You will be able to purchase right from the gallery. I am available to work with you on wall portrait designs and or custom framing of your favorite images. Your gallery is available at no extra charge for two weeks of its release. If you choose to extend your gallery at that point, there is a small activation fee.
Online Gallery vs. In person Ordering?
Your session package comes with a set number of high resolution digital images and your private online gallery. In the gallery you will be able to purchase any products that we sell here at the studio, directly from the gallery. You may also share your gallery with family and friends who may like to purchase prints and products of their own. However, we also love providing a custom experience for our clients and do offer private in person ordering. This appointment is at no additional fee. At this appointment you would actually come back into the studio and view your images on a large projection screen, select your favorite images for your package and then we can help you customize a wall gallery for your home. We can at that point help you with all your additional purchases you wish to make from your session. We do offer a no interest payment plan for all additional purchases you make from your session. Just let us know that you wish to schedule your own In person ordering appointment following your session.
When do I get my images?
Once you have selected your images for your initial package you will receive your digital images right away through an online downloadable service. If you have ordered any custom design items, like a photo album, announcements, etc. we will get your design made and email you a proof along with a digital print approval before sending those items into production. If no custom work is needed your images are put into production right away. On average your print order will take 2 - 3 weeks to be ready for pick up. If you have purchased a one of kind digital painting of your portrait or a framed portrait; please allow 3 - 4 weeks for your order to be ready for pick up.
Custom Photography is an investment; not only in money but also in time preparing for your session and getting just the right images for your family. We love creating art and making sure you have heirloom quality prints and products that will stand the test of time and be a gift to future generations.
