Oh my heart—this session was such a JOY! Today’s featured milestone is extra special because it stars our precious little grandchild, Hunter, who just turned ONE! 💙 His “First Year Down!” football-themed cake smash was full of fun, energy, and the sweetest little expressions you’ve ever seen.

Hunter’s family are big Clemson Tigers fans, so of course we had to go all out with a football theme! And let me tell you—this boy already loves to play ball. From the moment we placed him in his set, he was on the move, exploring every inch, showing off his playful side, and diving into his cake like a champ.

These sessions are so close to my heart—photographing all of my amazing grandchildren is one of the greatest blessings. To freeze these little moments in time, to capture their joy, curiosity, and big personalities—it’s truly priceless. Watching Hunter light up the studio was something I’ll never forget.

Every time Hunter and his family visit us here in Texas, it brings such happiness. And getting to create these sweet memories with him in front of the camera, is always such a joy!
