To book a session we have $100 session fee that is due at booking.   This secures your session date and time on the calendar and we can get started customizing your session.  

Your session fee includes...

• your portrait consultation (in person or via phone)  this helps us to prepare to bring your vision together for your session.
• time and talent of the photographer
• your time and date secured on our studio calendar
• use of our studio property, set designs, props, client clothing closet, etc.
• your premiere ordering appointment or private online gallery
• your professionally edited images to preview

**No prints, products or digital images are included in the session fee

We take all forms of payment; Cash, Check, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover.   

**Even though your session fee is non-refundable; you are able to reschedule with a 24 hour notice prior to your session date and time. Sick children or family members is never good for a photography session and we understand that emergencies happen.

What's Next?

• You will receive an email confirmation of your Session Details along with a Welcome Packet that is full of helpful information in preparing for your session.
• You will also receive an online questionnaire that will help us get to know you, your style and your family a little better.  This helps us in designing your session.
• We will visit on the phone or in person to go over any questions, product options,  suggestions and/or concerns that you may have.  (Consultation)
• You will need to pay your minimum purchase amount by your session date  (this will be emailed to you prior to your session) 

The day of the session?

• We ask that you arrive 5-10 minutes early prior to your session time, so that we can get started on time.  
• Make sure your minimum purchase amount is paid for or plan on making payment at your session.  
• You will have the opportunity to view and touch products that we offer at the studio that will be keepsakes for years to come.  We offer a large variety of high end products and can help you in designing the right images for your home.
• You will receive a printed product guide that you can write in, keep and use when you are looking at your gallery online.

What happens after the session?

After your session you can choose to have a Premiere ordering appointment here at the studio, where we will showcase your session on a large screen.  We will share a video, then go through your images one by one and work with you select your favorites.  Then we will help you complete your order.  We can also show you how to design a wall gallery with canvases, prints or framed prints. (We schedule this about 7-10 days after your session)   Or, you can choose the studio online private gallery option.  You will receive a private online gallery (about 7-10 days) following your portrait session.  You will make your purchases within the gallery and you will have a code for your minimum purchase credit to apply at check out.  We are available to work with you on wall portrait designs and or custom framing of your favorite images, over the phone or via zoom.   Your gallery is available at no extra charge for two weeks of its release.  If you choose to extend your gallery at that point, there is a small $25 re-activation fee.

 When do I get my images?

Once you have completed your purchase order, you will receive your digital images right away through an online downloadable service along with a print release.    If you have ordered any custom design items, like a photo album, announcements, etc. I will get your design made and email you a proof for you to approve for production.  If no custom work is needed for your print order they are put into production right away.  On average your print orders will take 2 - 3 weeks to be ready for pick up.  If you have purchased a one of kind digital painting of your portrait or a framed portrait; please allow 3 - 4 weeks for your order to be ready for pick up.
