Oh my goodness, y’all — today’s featured session is just the sweetest! Little Miss Corrie came in to celebrate turning ONE with her adorable “ONE in a Melon” Cake Smash Session, and it was every bit as fun and colorful as it sounds!

This theme was full of summertime charm — bright pinks, greens, and all the watermelon details a girl could dream of. Corrie absolutely loved exploring her set, playing with her balloons, and showing off her curious personality. When it came time for her cake, she didn’t hesitate one bit — she dove right in and had the best time!

We wrapped up her session with everyone’s favorite part — Splash Time! There’s nothing better than watching little ones giggle and splash in the mini tub. Corrie was all smiles as she played in the water, cleaned up, and finished off her session with pure joy.

This session was extra special because Corrie just completed her Baby Plan here at Specialty Photography. It has truly been a joy to capture her milestones over the past year — from those tiny newborn days to sitting up, crawling, and now celebrating her big first birthday. Watching her grow has been such a blessing, and I’ve so enjoyed getting to know the Gerich family along the way.
