Hi Friends!

Today’s blog post is extra special — we’re celebrating a big milestone for one of my clients: Zavion is officially a teenager! 🎉 Turning 13 is such a meaningful time in a young person’s life, and I was so honored to capture this moment for him and his family!

I’ve had the joy of photographing Zavion and his family several times and watching him grow has been a blessing. This session, though, was just for him — a chance to showcase who he is becoming as a young man. And let me tell you, Zavion showed up with that signature smile and his outgoing spirit ready to shine!

We started the session inside the studio for a classic and polished look, then moved outdoors to let his personality take center stage. The weather couldn’t have been more perfect — blue skies, a gentle breeze, and golden light that made every photo pop.

Here are just a few of my favorites from his session — and trust me, it was hard to choose! These portraits are such a wonderful way to honor this new chapter and all the excitement that comes with it.
